Common questions
Do I have to join to buy a list?
No. Buy Once starts at $349 and includes 1,000 addresses. Additional addresses in that order are 34.9¢ each. Monthly and Annual simply lower your address price.
What does a membership get me?
A lower price per address, plus saved lists, campaign tracking, and the ability to create a QR code for each mailing. Monthly is 29¢ per address and Annual is 25¢ per address, against 34.9¢ buying once. Addresses are billed separately from the plan fee either way. Members also get new filters first.
When is a plan worth it?
Monthly starts saving after 1,000 addresses in a month. Annual is usually best when you buy throughout the year.
What is the difference between Monthly and Annual?
The price per address. Monthly is $49 a month and cancels anytime, at 29¢ per address. Annual is $348 for the year, billed once, at 25¢ per address. Monthly suits a busy month or a storm season. Annual suits buying steadily through the year. Everything else is the same.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Open Profile and billing. Monthly cancels anytime and stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Annual is billed once a year: turn off renewal and it simply ends when the year does, with no further charge. Either way, lists you already bought stay in your account to re-download.
Can I get a refund on a list?
No. A list is data you download the moment you pay, so it cannot be returned, and we do not refund list purchases. That is why you see the exact address count and the exact price before the charge, and why the sample homes and area breakdown are free to check first. If a file arrives damaged or will not open, email support@meadleybrothers.com and we will send it again.
What happens to my lists when my membership ends?
Lists you already bought are yours to keep and re-download. Only the member address price ends when the membership does.
Where do you have coverage?
Lists are available in supported areas of the lower 48 states. We do not serve California, New Jersey, Oregon or Vermont. Records and measured property signals vary by trade and area. Check your service area on the map before buying.
Where does the property data come from?
Property records are compiled from public sources (county assessor data and recorded deeds), which is where pool records, beds, baths, square footage and year built come from, and enriched with signals we measure ourselves from satellite imagery: tree and brush density, and tree cover near the home itself. Terrain and water filters are added only after their processing and validation are complete. Property records and measured signals vary by trade and area; the map shows what is available for your search.
