How It Works
Tell us your trade and your service area.
We build your list from property records and land data, filtered to the homes that fit your work.
You receive a postcard-ready CSV of homeowner mailing addresses. Mail it with any printer or mail house you like.
Availability and pricing. Our online platform is in final testing. Lists are currently available by request: email support@meadleybrothers.com with your trade and service area. Lists are priced per property record, and full pricing is confirmed with you in writing before any purchase.
Policies
Refunds
Because digital address lists are prepared immediately after payment, list sales are final and nonrefundable. If a technical issue prevents delivery, email support@meadleybrothers.com within 48 hours and we will restore or resend the file.
Billing questions and disputes
If you have a question about a charge from us, email support@meadleybrothers.com with your order details. We respond within two business days and work every billing issue with you directly.
Cancellations
One-time list purchases are single transactions with no ongoing commitment. If a membership or subscription plan is active on your account, you may cancel at any time by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops all future charges.
