A contractor picks a service area and a trade; we find the homes that fit the work he sells and deliver a list of those homeowners with mailing addresses as an Excel workbook and a mailing CSV. ## What makes the lists different

County tax records say what a home is worth and when it was built. They do not measure trees near the house or how steep the ground is. Meadley Bros. combines the following property signals and records, with availability shown for each trade and area:

- Tree canopy near the house (Meta / World Resources Institute canopy height map, CC BY 4.0)
- Land cover and brush (USGS National Land Cover Database)
- Slope and elevation (USGS 3DEP)

- Lot size, home size, year built, sale date (public records and licensed property-data providers)
- Pool presence (licensed property records)

Every customer-visible count is deduplicated households. Where a signal has not been processed for an area, the site says so rather than showing a count built on missing data.

## Trades served

Tree Service, Forestry Mulching, Land Clearing & Site Prep, Roofing, Pool Service, Hardscaping, Lawn Care, Landscaping and Pest Control. Each trade has its own matching rules; forestry mulching and land clearing are separate trades with different acreage floors.

## Where

Lists are available in supported areas of the lower 48 states, excluding California, New Jersey, Oregon and Vermont. Records and measured signals vary by trade and area. Check the live response for pending signals; a count alone does not guarantee purchase availability.

## What a customer gets

- Owner names and mailing addresses for the households matching the chosen trade and area
- Delivered as an Excel workbook for review, plus a mailing CSV in printer column format for postcards and ad-audience uploads (Meadley Bros. hands off files; it does not print or mail)
- Members can create a trackable QR code for a postcard, with measured opening counts in the account

- Buy once: 34.9 cents per address, $349 minimum (1,000 addresses)
- Monthly membership: $49 per month, 29 cents per address
